Original, signed etching by California artist Charles J Sindelaer titled "Airedale". Created circa 1920-1930, the art appears to be an etching or a detailed graphite sketch reproduced as a print. The border is yellowed and wrinkled due to age, no tears but a couple small stains on the back.
