This lens was used on a Sony Alpha 9 with a Sony LA-EA5 adapter, and autofocus functions correctly. Sony SAL70400G2 lens. The zoom ring operates smoothly throughout the full 70–400 mm range, and the lens extends/retracts normally during zoom operation.
