I bought this laptop in this conditon and have used it with an external monitor. The screen flickers, has lines on it, has a darker patch on one side etc But it works using an external. I no longer need it as I have just got a mac mini. Macbook air m2, 8gb rM, 256 ssd, 15" screen. No charger.
