I am not an expert on lava lamps but from my research this is an original very sought after wizard lava lamp from Chicago USA before they moved to china for production It comes with a uk plug I put this into lava lamp enthusiast facebook group to help identify and clarify this piece One member did mention that the glitter is almost dissolved as it is browning and transparent however I believe you can buy the actual liquid and replace them I think As with many older style lava lamps they are designed to work with incandescent light bulbs (still available from places like amazon) which give off a gentle heat Please message me for anymore information and take your time to go through all the photos and video Will be packed very securely in a strong box
