Pale Aqua Lace with Black Flocked Fine Tulle Overlay - DOUBLE CLOTH! Unique!
This is such an interesting fabric! Pale aqua (almost baby blue, but not quite) rose lace has been needle felted to bond with a top layer of fine black tulle with a flocked velvet floral design. Really cool!
