Soft Comm Noise Attenuating Headset C-40. I am in full belief that these are new old stock noise. Attenuating headset made by soft comm. The headset is still sealed within the original cardboard holder. There are two extra sets labeled as new earphones and then there's one other set that says is for soft comm. I am very comfortable calling these new old stock, but I cannot actually prove it without opening the headset from the original cardboard holder.
