ANTIQUE CAST STEEL SHOULDER PLANE; ROSEWOOD INFILL NO BLADE.
The infill is fruitwood. The blade wedge is made from what I believe is Teak. ANTIQUE SHOULDER PLANE, 1.25INS SOLE/BLADE WIDTH, 7 AND 5/8INS LONG. This plane is still useable once bladed, and is reassuringly heavy at 942g.almost 1kg.
