Canon TV Zoom Lens V6x17. These old canon TV zoom lenses produce a lovely image especially when used on the BMPCC. I've had a fair few of these old canon TV zoom lenses over the years and I can honestly say this one is well above average condition, the body is in mint condition, no marks on the front or rear lens and no fungus or dust inside, although that's to my eyes so there may be the odd fleck but nothing to adversely affect the image produced.
