The instructions (English and French) are printed on the side of the box (a little tatty but still intact so handy for storage). With a cigar lighter plug (that is not designed with an inbuilt fuse) it uses 125 watts at 12 volts or 160 watts at 14 volts with the engine running - obviously best to use with the engine running to avoid draining the vehicle battery.
