Offered here is this Macklanburg-Duncan Low Boy Oak Threshold. The threshold is brand new in the shrinkwrap, and has never been opened or used, however, the package must have gotten wet at some point as there is some staining on one end of the package. I do not know if this staining is on the wood or not, but it could be lightly sanded if need be. The threshold is solid wood which makes an excellent thermal barrier. It is attractive, durable and easy to install. It is 36.5" long total, is 3.5" wide, and 5/8" tall. It is a nice Brand New Oak Threshold in the Low Boy Style that will be great for any doorway up to 36" wide.
