Works but the ear pads and the head cushion areas are sticky, not sure why. The ear pads also need to be replaced because the plastic bits keep coming off as you touch it. Conditoonias per pictures Ear pads needs a replace and headband is sticky so needs to be cleaned. Comes with case, battery and the extra shown - no battery charger
