A very rare patented Charles Horner DORCAS thimble display case...there are a total of 21 thimbles of which 3 are by Charles horner. Most still have there full hallmark but on some I cannot find any hallmark. The case is in very good condition for a Victirian countershop display with original gold gilding and internal green velvet. The glass is also in very good condition with minor surface marks but no cracks or breaks.
