Up for sale is a HEID AND ROTH NIPPER. Made in Germany. This is another type of prisoner controlling device. The release lever is squeezed and upper half is also put under pressure. This releases bottom half of nipper and it can then be wrapped around a subjects wrist. Once released it locks around subjects wrist. The subject can then be brought in for questioning or made to confess rather easily with a simple twist. A brutal device everyone should have in their collection or gear bag. IN NICE CONDITION!
