Good condition. There are some scuffs and wear to the edges and corners of the slip case, with some tearing around the top of the face opposite the opening and two scuffs to the edge of the opening, as well as scuffs and light wear to the edges and corners of the dust cover of the book itself. There are four consecutive pages that have a heavy large fold to the bottom corner but otherwise in very good condition with pages crisp and clean.
