Listed as is but it works ,the heating plate works , all buttons works it cuts to the desired measurements , blade is also sharp is missing the top roller , please see pictures to see what exactly is included I might be missing something besides the front and side water containers.it does not have screws or any attachments for the heating plate to be in placed but it works as it should.
