This is "Antique 2 Wheel Pulley w/ Rope Lock Barn, Farm Pulley - Vintage 12” Extended " Both wheels on this spin freely. No signs of pitting; could be cleaned up well for a display piece if not being used for function. See pics for more details and a better view of condition.
