This is a Kosta Boda hand-painted glass Artist's Collection Tulipa wine goblet, blown in Sweden and designed by the late Ulrika Hydman-Vallien (1938-2018). It bears a plastic label to the top of the foot that reads "Kosta Boda since 1742" and another on the bottom of the foot which reads "Hand-painted Do not machine wash".
