I have forsale Delft Holland Blue and White Ceramic Dutch Table Top Lighter shoe/clog. These type of lighters are often sought out by collectors and rightly so. The lighter does spark and you can set something alight with the spark. I'm unsure if you'd get a flame on it. I tried to take several pictures of it sparkling but didn't have much luck. Condition: As mentioned above it does spark. Its in lovely condition but please do look at all of the pictures and zoom in if needed as they form a part of the description.
