This lovely LARGE red coloured copper jam pan is excellent quality and French in origin. The number ' 40 ' is stamped to the side of the pan denoting it holds 5 gallons or 40 pints of liquid. It has two strong handles riveted to the body with three large strong rivets to each handle.
