Efbe-Schott Double Motor Power Vac - Handheld Vacuum Cleaner. Roller Not Working This Efbe-Schott handheld vacuum cleaner has been previously used and kept in good condition. The vacuum works however the roller is not turning properly. It wants to turn and then stops. Ideal if you don't need the rotating brush feature or for spares.
