Bought this for one of my bathroom refurbishments, unfortunately I had bought a positive head pump and I needed a negative head pump. Screwfix won't refund as it's been over 30 days, just offering store credit. Was bought on the 12th of may (see pics for account receipt) and has been installed onsite for less than a few hours. All working perfectly just wasn't the correct pump for my job. This is the Ferrari of shower pumps, very high quality, and is very quiet. Ideally I'd like to make my money back but I understand I'll be at somewhat of a loss so open to REASONABLE offers. No time wasters please. Can also fit it for you at an agreed price.
