A lovely substantial Skillet / Crepe copper pan by one one of the best makers of brass and copper domestic wares in the Victorian era. Benham & Froud quality made, whose trademark is stamped into the base. It is 12" in diameter and is still fully lined although discoloured somewhat to the interior and of course could still be used for its intended purpose after a clean out. Of a good weight with a thick cast iron handle riveted to the body with three copper rivets and still as tight as the day it was made. It is a quality pan, built to last for many more years.
