Stanley fatmax FMCD - 900 , SDS plus 18 volt drill in good working order with a good 2 a/H battery, 3 mode action sds - plus for drilling bricks/concrete, ordinary drill for wood, and hammer action for chiseling, has some scuffs/scratches through use but in good working order, and no auxiliary handle.
