Excellent condition. Used several times, but showing no wear. Comes with previously (not us) melted fly screen on interior tent, but otherwise in fab condition. Been dried properly after each use. Downsizing to something smaller. Super easy to put up - takes us 10 mins from bag to living space.. Has saved us many needless arguments putting up the tent!! Bit heavy so buyer collects.
