Condition wise I don't think they come any better. The pvc ink sac is still clear. However this pristine condition means the personalization "Neal Block" is fresh and crisp. A turn off for some collectors but it never bothered me. I did not do the dip test to show how it writes because it is NOS and everyone knows what great writer the 21s are.
