New and unused as I bought the wrong plug for my bike, I needed a euro 5. This is called ELM 327 mini. it is a Bluetooth obd scanner. this is for an obd 2 port that is on most cars, complete with a software disc for Windows pc or laptop. compatible with android phones and there are several free apps to download and use. eg= torque, obd fusion, dash command. etc. Free post in mainland UK only Not suitable for iPhone.
