This is a collection of magazine clippings, they are all in a protecting sleeve. The binder is the Beatles 1968 Yellow Submarine Three Ring Binder Vernon Royal, it shows wear and yellowing. I think they are all from the year 1967 to 1970 but I am not certain as to be able to verify it I would have to look each one up idividually.
