This laptop has served me very well and still runs great, only selling as I got a new one. Fully factory reset. Scratches on the back (silver side) do not affect functioning. Wear to the keyboard around the edges of the suede material, also don't affect functioning. Comes with a replacement charger which works perfectly as the original broke.
