Bulova Accutron Ref ‘261’ Steel Watch C1971, spares or repair Here is a rare example of a ref ‘261’, a highly distinctive and desirable Swiss made Accutron model from the early 1970s. Bulova actually produced a homage to this model some years ago, albeit with an automatic movement. It has a large and heavy stainless steel case (diameter 38.5mm diameter, excluding crown). The case is in good condition, but note the back appears to have been replaced at some point. The crown is original. The watch is fitted with the Bulova cal 2182F Swiss made tuning fork movement. It isn’t currently working, but would make a good restoration project. The watch sets smoothly and the calendar snaps over properly. UK buyers only, please.
