Bought this new on Amazon in 2023 to cool the upstairs during summer. It’s hardly been used because my wife is a very light sleeper and the noise keeps her awake. Doesn’t bother me though. I bought this after doing lots of research as it had the best reviews. It’s seriously powerful. Collection only from Royston North Hertfordshire. Thanks
