This a used item still in fairly good condition. There is a slight problem with the screen, however, it is not a cracked screen. It looks like an internal connection problem, worst case scenario, might need a screen replacement, I'm not sure. There is a display port that can be plugged to external screen. It also needs a new battery as it doesn't hold charge. Everything else is fully functional.
