It is very detailed and ornate. The pattern itself is about 18 x18. The velvet work is gorgeous and it is on a black poly/cotton ground. A couple of pillows out of this would set a room off! The black ground fabric has a tiny bit of puckering as this was popular in the 90's but it is not a lot.
