Roland Edirol M-16DX 16 input USB multitrack Digital Mixer
My trusty mixer. Simultaneously recorded via USB into a DAW. I used Ableton and had 8 synths, drum machines and sound modules while having a few microphone inputs or mono line for bass synths. Worked like a charm and low latency.
