Self drilling plasterboard anchors/ cavity fixings, supplied with screws (optional extra washers if needed). Needs no pre-drilling - simply screw the anchor into the plasterboard with a cross head screwdriver and then screw in the self tapping screw to the plug to fix whatever need into the anchor.
