Simply put the screw through the hole, screw into place and close the cap. Pan head and countersunk screws will fit this cap. Cap folds over screw head to protect it from weather. This includes, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel islands, Ireland / Isle of Man / Scottish Islands etc.
