Great sign purchased a local liquidation. It wasn't part of the sale until I asked. I wish I would have taken a picture of it in place. It was in the wall un front of you to where you walked under it as you went down the stairs. The warning is because it was narrow and the last two step turned and were an odd height. Anyway it is 30 by 24 and exactly as found. No cracks. Feel free to ask any questions
