It needs to be rekeyed & the only defect is the battery spring broke so you need to put aluminium foil to make a tight connection as it needs 4 AA Batteries in order to operate. You can see from the battery pics the foil inserted to do this. I comes with the original manuel & the easy moe programming guide.
