Berghaus air porch. One small repair, maybe 10mm on the storm flap next to zip. The flap got caught under the zipper puller. It has been fixed with clear gorilla tape on each side to stop it splitting further and has been no problems since over the last 12 months of use. Smoke free. Clean and other than the small slit, perfect condition. Only selling as upgrading to caravan. Berghaus Pump, hose and ground sheet included. Some pegs included, however we upgraded and always used hard ground pegs as the Berghaus ones are flimsy and bend.
