It proved popular, and from 1813-1822, the family scaled up production. In 1861, Mason was bought by Ashworth Brothers Ltd who continued to produce "Mason's Ironstone". Mason's Vista was a line that was made for export to the United States starting in 1890 and continuing until 1969.
