This is Stretch Armstrong, an iconic toy since 1976 when he was first produced by Kenner. He is super stretchy and you can actually tie him in knots if you so choose. This is the 2016 version, produced by Hasbro in 2016, an exact replica of the original, after other versions had been produced in between.
