This an indoor/outdoor decorative bowl or candle holder. Squirrel holding a basket, see photos. We actually use one in the yard to put nuts in to feed squirrels. It's 8" high and 11" in length., that extra money is probably going directly to things like utility bills for a small family or tuition for a college student.
