I've opened a sealed UPC, mainly for the 2x promo cards, and got burned ripping the packs. But for a few reverse holos I've removed for my master set, what you see is what you will receive - great if you want to start collecting the set! Offering the box up with all the bulk and TCG accessories, minus the Mew and Mewtwo promo cards (metal Mew card is included). All holo and reverse cards are sleeved.
