This is an extremely rare Pokemon booster pack. This miscut/misprint has the manufacturer's label from printing stuck on it. This can be checked against printer location and details on the pack. These product should never have left the factory and would normally be removed and discarded! Please note due to the label the bottom crimp was unable to seal and is open. But I have not taken out the cards at all. Will be sent special delivery
