Antique Victorian Style HIATT Iron Police Hand Cuffs. Likely 1940s
I know nothing of this subject but these fo appear to be victorian era style but likely 1940s police hand cuffs. They work but need oiled and cleaned which I won't risk touching. Quite heavy to post so uk sale only or collect near Edinburgh.
