Kintmaster rotating winder, probably from the 1980s, attaches to the table securely and powered with a hand crank. It comes with one twist and lock cone, and to my knowledge is designed to be used for both machine knitting and hand knitting. There's some cosmetic wear and tear and does not come with a box or manual
