The buffer is rectangular in shape with a velvet covered pad. The shoe horn and button hook pivot at this point so that they can be utilised. This is a wonderful collectors 'gadget' from the 1920-30s made in Bakelite in the form of a pocket accessory comprising of shoe horn, button hook and purple rich cream velvet buffer.
