Canon EF 70-300mm IS USM Zoom Lens (faulty, read description)
It seems to get worse the more you zoom. I noticed the barrel seems to move from side to side but I'm not sure if that's related. I did take apart the lens to see if anything was cracked and I couldn't find anything untoward.
