Epson all in one printer, scanner copies was fully working then one day the message "The printers ink pad is at the end of it's service life" came up on the screen. I've looked into this and it means that the pad that soaks up excess ink is full and needs to be replaced. The top of the printer has gone slightly yellow in places (see images) I needed the printer straight away do I bought a new one, it may be an easy fix but I'm not sure. there is ink in the printer but it may need replacing, the ink for this printer is very cheap on here, that's why I always buy Epson printers. I have the box from my new printer so I can post if required
