Both decks power up and you can hear a motor like sound when pressing play ff etc but it does not spin. The antenna for the radio is also missing so you will need an aerial for the radio. PX-E860 Turntable / record player = powers up and spins but the needle is missing, should work fine when the needle is replaced but i cant say for sure.
