I think it probably dates to around the 1970s era. The tube beads that create the liquid silver effect are enhanced by onyx tubular beads, 9 to each side above the pendant. It is marked. 925 on the ring clasp and there are rising sun hallmarks and the word 'sterling' stamped on both of the fox tails or cones at the top of the necklace.
